Information about Passkey and when to contact the hotel: Please do not call your hotel to check on your reservation until after April 7, 2025. Please understand that processing your reservations from the housing bureau into the hotel system will take a few days. Rest assured that if you have received a confirmation number already from the housing bureau, the hotel will honor your booking.
2025 Housing/Cancellation Policies
Reservations at posted rates ARE NOT accepted by calling the hotel directly. Reservations require a valid credit card. Two (2) or more guests in a room may be subject to an increased room rate. No more than two (2) reservations per name are allowed.
All reservations are subject to the following cancellation fees, per the date of cancellation:
- No hotel deposit required at time of reservation, please review below cancellation policy prior to booking your reservation.
- The below charge will appear on your credit card as CONFDIRECT*CBC25 should you cancel your reservation.
- $50 cancellation fee for room cancellations made from April 22, 2024 through February 16, 2025
- $80 cancellation fee for room cancellations made from February 17, 2025 through April 27, 2025
- Cancellations made directly with the hotel will also incur the above cancellation fee.
- If you do not cancel your reservation prior to hotel’s cancellation policy, the hotel will charge you a non-refundable penalty – please review your hotel’s individual cancellation policy. This will be directly charged by the hotel.
