Code of Conduct
The Brewers Association (BA) is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of festival participants in any form. All communication should be appropriate and inclusive for all audiences including people of diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations and cultures. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate, nor is language or imagery that perpetuates a harmful stereotype.
Be kind. Do not insult or defame participants. Harassment in any form, sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not condoned.
All event participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy and respect for others. This applies to all attendees, brewers, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers and staff. Member breweries are expected to adhere to the Brewers Association Code of Conduct and Marketing and Advertising Code.
Participants violating these rules may be asked to leave at the sole discretion of Brewers Association. Thanks for helping to make this a welcoming event for all!
#NotME App
The Craft Brewers Conference is dedicated to providing a world-class conference experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or violence in any form. If you witness or experience misconduct, use the #NotMe app to safely and confidentially report it.
How it Works: To create an account, download the free app through the App Store, Play Store or on any browser by going to WebApp. When creating your account, use your personal email address. Use the PIN: CBC24 when you see the prompt to “link your organization” to access a questionnaire for CBC 2024. All reports submitted can remain anonymous and are sent directly to an HR-trained BA staff member for immediate review. They will communicate back to you via the app. For additional information on the #NotMe reporting app click here.
